The first kick-off meeting of IP-PAD took place in Vienna during a 5-day event. ESRs received an intensive training on the topics below:

Athens, Greece
28 February - 1 March 2024
The IP-PAD network met at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens during a 3-day event.
ESRs received an intense training in Statistics for social sciences. Topics such as multilevel modeling for longitudinal data, pre-registration and eye tracking were covered. An invited talk by the Greek Deputy Ombudswoman for children’s rights sparked a lot of interest.
Brussels, Belgium
22 May 2024
The Joint Research Centre (JRC), one of our secondment partners, will give a training on “evidence-informed policymaking training” for ESRs and interested PIs.
Krakow, Poland
9 - 11 October 2024
The IP-PAD network will meet in Krakow during a 3-day event. ESRs will be trained on academic writing and grant writing. They will also have the opportunity to give presentations on their research projects and receive feedback. Stay tuned!
